How long will it take to receive my online order?

Orders will typically ship within 1 week. After your order ships, it may take an additional week to receive your package depending on your location. 

Why are some products considered in-store pick up only?

Some of our products are very large and/or heavy. The shipping cost on these items do not seem practical for our customers to pay. Please contact us if you are interested in an in-store pick up item and cannot visit our location. 

Can I cancel my online/pick up order?

Can I return my item?

We typically do not accept returns. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently only ship to the continuous US states.
